Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • You must contact us at [your email] before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos for documentation and will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
