Vintage Glass Bell Christmas Ornament Antique Holiday Tree Decor Shiny Brite

Welcome from Art & Beautiful Things

Welcome to Art & Beautiful Things, where we offer an ever-changing collection of distinctive vintage, decorative, and collectible pieces chosen for their design, character, and visual appeal.

Description

Charming and difficult-to-locate antique pinecone bell glass Christmas ornament featuring beautiful vintage detailing and wonderful Old World holiday character.

This unusual ornament combines the textured appearance of a pinecone with a bell-shaped form, creating a particularly decorative early Christmas ornament. The combination of two traditional holiday motifs makes this a wonderful piece for the serious collector of antique and vintage glass ornaments.

The ornament features dimensional pinecone-style detailing with warm metallic tones and frosted accents that give it a softly aged appearance. Its reflective glass finish catches the light beautifully, while the sculpted surface gives the ornament considerably more visual interest than a traditional smooth round ornament.

The pinecone bell form is what makes this piece particularly special. Figural and unusually molded glass ornaments can be much more difficult to locate than conventional shapes, especially when they retain the wonderful aged character collectors look for in early Christmas glass.

It has a beautiful old-fashioned appearance that would be equally at home among antique mercury glass ornaments, early European-style Christmas decorations, Victorian-inspired holiday décor, or a carefully assembled collection of unusual vintage ornament forms.

The natural patina, delicate construction, and softly aged finish are all part of its vintage character rather than something we attempt to alter. Our vintage ornaments are offered as found, preserving the history and character they have acquired over the years.

A wonderful opportunity to add a hard-to-find pinecone bell ornament to an established antique Christmas collection.

Measurements
